Who am I buying from?

Originally a ceramicist with a craftsman's interest in architectural integrity, Buddy abandoned his clay and potter's wheel when he developed a way to meld the warmth and handmade quality of pottery with the strength, versatility, and architectural applicability of concrete. His extensive product development and practiced understanding of the material coincided as a widely available and sustainable material capable of providing a timeless earth element to a broad spectrum of projects. Now, with 30 years of experience, Buddy Rhodes infuses his knowledge of concrete into an innovative line of power tools and equipment.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment. We charge a shipping fee only to cover the costs of materials and labor. Once we have received cleared payment, your order will be processed and your item will be shipped as soon as possible and usually the following working day. Orders paid by check will be processed as soon as the funds clear our bank or Paypal. If you do not see a preferable shipping method in our listing, please contact us to discuss your special needs. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional fees. Customers located in Canada can be shipped USPS or UPS. UPS may require a duty fee not associated with our company to deliver ground packages, this fee does not apply to air shipments via UPS into Canada. USPS does not charge a duty fee however they do not offer a tracking number for shipments.
