The 50 grit premium BRTW 5 inch diamond polishing pad is the most aggressive of the grits. Use the 50 grit pad for heavy stock removal task including exposing aggregate.
BRTW diamond pads have been manufactures with advanced hard bond resin matrix to maximize life when used to grind and polish abrasive concrete surfaces. Above normal concentration of premium diamond enable faster stock removal speeds and quicker overall polishing results while 6mm thickness maximizes pad life. When used in sequence from 50 grit to 3000 grit, the BRTW diamond polishing pads will remove material to expose aggregate and create a remarkable polished concrete surface. BRTW diamond polishing pads are recommended to be used with water and at a maximum RPM or 4000.
