The 100 grit premium BRTW 5 inch diamond polishing pad is used to remove hard slurry mix and fill paste. 100 grit pads are the second step and will remove the aggresive 50 grit scratches and prepare the surface for the 200 grit pad.
BRTW diamond pads have been manufactures with advanced hard bond resin matrix to maximize life when used to grind and polish abrasive concrete surfaces. Above normal concentration of premium diamond enable faster stock removal speeds and quicker overall polishing results while 6mm thickness maximizes pad life. When used in sequence from 50 grit to 3000 grit, the BRTW diamond polishing pads will remove material to expose aggregate and create a remarkable polished concrete surface. BRTW diamond polishing pads are recommended to be used with water and at a maximum RPM or 4000.
